Trusted profile signature
An electronic signature made with the Polish trusted profile on gov.pl. In dealings with the administration it carries the force of a handwritten signature, and parties also use it for contracts between themselves.
You sign PDF files with it in the "Podpisz dokument elektronicznie" service, logging in through a bank, the mObywatel app or a login with an SMS code. For a PDF you get a signed PDF back; for other formats the service returns an XML file, which the other side often cannot open.
A design services contract requires no special form, so a trusted signature from both sides is enough. Notarial form is required for other acts, such as transferring ownership of land.
