Excluding land from agricultural production

The decision that allows farmland to be used for building. It applies to certain soil classes and can be a condition for starting work.

The everyday term covers two different things: changing the designation of the area in the zoning plan, which is the municipality's business, and excluding a specific area from agricultural production, which the client applies for at the county office.

The decision may carry charges: a one-off payment and annual ones, depending on the soil class and the area excluded. Some cases are exempt, for example small areas for farm or residential development, with the scope of exemptions depending on soil class and intended use.

For the schedule it is the item most easily missed, because it does not follow from the design itself. It surfaces while assembling attachments or, worse, in a request from the authority.
